Hello everyone! My name is Jake De St. Hubert. I started working on cars and trucks as a little boy. Tagging along with my Dad, who owned a black top company, I fell in love with mechanics. I was able to help with his company and by the age of 16, I was running the show and maintaining his fleet of cars and trucks! I even had 3 other jobs! One of those was being a technician’s helper at a small auto repair shop here in New Prague. My path was set.
As a perfectionist, I wanted to be the absolute best in the business from day one. I went to Universal Technical Institute, majored in Automotive Science & Technology, Diesel Science & Technology, and completed the Ford Fact program. I never missed a class and maintained a 4.0 GPA, the 100% professionalism grade, and was honored to be selected, Valedictorian.
Due to this success, I was one of 200 students in the nation to be selected for the BMW STEP Program in Phoenix, AZ. After graduation, with my L-1 certificate in hand, I went to work for BMW of Tucson, then moved back to MN to work at Sears/Minnetonka BMW and Audi of Richfield…eventually becoming a top Master BMW technician.
With all of this experience, I knew I was ready to open my own auto repair shop. Over the past 2.5 years I have honed my managment and business skills and grew Euroworx Automotive into a true player in the MN landscape. We recently opened a sister store to service other makes/models which we named Legacy Autoworx in honor of my son for whom all of my work will be handed down to at some point in the future. (He is a gear-head just like me!)
